Another shock to AP Government!

In another embarassment to the TDP government, the Central Government has announced that it cannot grant Railway zone to Andhra Pradesh.

According to media reports, Union Home Ministry conveyed the same to AP Chief Secretary.

On Monday evening, the Union Government informed the State Government that Railway Zone to Visakha can’t be allotted.

Recently, Union Minister Arun Jaitley had offered to provide the “monetary equivalent” but said the state could not be given “special status”.

It remains to be seen how the TDP leaders will react now?
