Mallika, who was a native of Andhra Pradesh, was in coma for the last 20 days. She breathed her last on Monday morning. She appeared in Venky’s Kalisundam Raa and Mahesh’s Rajakumarudu and also acted in many TV serials.
She settled in Bangalore after the marriage.
The Telugu film industry expressed shock over the sudden demise of Mallika. Her last rites will be performed in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
