Even though Andhra Pradesh government announced big package, certified doctors are not coming forward to work as doctors in Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s cavalcade.

Government doctors were also not showing interest to join as doctors in the high security CM’s convoy. The government recently issued notification inviting applications for doctor posts. They will be appointed in Vijayawada, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam and Guntur. Their duty is travel along with the CM during his visit to the above mentioned cities. So far, two applications were only received for four posts.

Officials said government is offering Rs 75,000 salary for the part time job but no body is shown interest. Due to delay in the appointments, government deferred the launch of ambulances in the four cities.
