Vijay Sai Reddy demands CBI Inquiry into Vizag land scam

YSR Congress Party senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP V Vijay Sai Reddy on Wednesday lashed out at the TDP leaders for their involment in the Vizag land scam.

Addressing a press conference in Visakhapatnam today, a day ahead of Maha Dharna led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijay Sai Reddy demanded a CBI inquiry into the land grab in Visakhapatnam. He said that the gobbling up of one lakh acres of land has damaged the brand image of Visakhapatnam. “Maha Dharna is a protest against unprecedented land grabbing in and around Vizag by TDP minister and MLAs and demanding a CBI probe into it,” he said and added that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is trying to get away with a SIT enquiry.

” Chandrababu is trying to save his ministers and their relatives involved in the scam.Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao’s son-in-law Prashanth was directly involved in the scam,” he alleged.
